We use a trusted third party virtual server provider (EC2 on Amazon Web Services) to host our website and store any data collected. All data stored is secured through password protected access available only to the controller of this website. Amazon cannot access, provide, rectify or delete any data stored on their servers on our behalf without permission.

We do not generally rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies. However, we utilize Scaleway (Generative AI) to process your research queries. Scaleway's AI infrastructure is located within the European Union (EU), ensuring full compliance with GDPR and German legal requirements. Crucially, Scaleway does NOT use your query data for training its models, providing an additional layer of security and confidentiality for legal research. These providers receive the text of your query but never your email or account details.

We also use Stripe for payment processing, which handles your credit card and billing information directly under their own privacy policy.

We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to regional/national institutions and authorities, unless required by law or other regulations.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
