Welcome to Lexis Flow. By using our service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service

Lexis Flow provides "Pre-legal" advisory and research intelligence. We are not a law firm and do not provide official legal advice. Our reports are generated by advanced AI for research and orientation purposes only.

2. Token Usage and Purchases

Usage of the Lexis Flow pipeline requires tokens. Tokens are purchased in tiers (1, 3, or 10 tokens). Once a research run is initiated, the corresponding token is consumed and is non-refundable.

3. Data Privacy and AI

Your research queries are processed by Scaleway (Generative AI). For your protection and legal compliance (GDPR), all data is processed on servers located within the European Union (EU). Furthermore, your data is NOT used for training the underlying models, ensuring maximum confidentiality and suitability for German legal requirements.

IMPORTANT: While we provide this secure infrastructure, you must ensure that no Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or confidential corporate data of third parties is included in your queries unless legally permitted. We are not liable for any data leaks resulting from PII submitted in queries.

4. Limitation of Liability

Montages Media Labs and Dr. Julian P. Keogh are not responsible for any legal decisions or outcomes based on the information provided by Lexis Flow. Always consult with a qualified legal professional for official legal matters.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Great Britain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
